You're looking for an ERP because your spreadsheets are cracking and your software doesn't talk to each other. Kuiper Studio builds an ERP shaped around the way you work, rather than bending you to fit a standard package.
An off-the-shelf ERP works well as long as your business looks like everyone else's. As soon as you have several sites, special pricing rules or a home-grown approval flow, you end up working around it with spreadsheets.
We start from your business rules, not from a catalog of modules. The result: one tool for stock, sales, teams and numbers, with a consolidated real-time view across all your locations.
One tool, built on your rules rather than the other way round. Your teams don't have to change the way they work to fit the software.
Our ERP module is already built. We adapt it to your colors, your fields and your flows, with customization included and capped in the contract.
It lives on your server. No one else sees it, analyzes it or resells it, and you can export it at any time.
Written scope, dated milestones, firm price agreed before a single line of code. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately, before, never after.
The ready-to-deploy ERP module starts at $40,000 for one site, customization included within the limits of the contract. For two to five sites, allow 45% more.
A fully custom ERP is built as a fixed-price project, at a firm price, over seven to nine months. Beyond five sites or for a multi-company group, the price comes out of scoping, never off a price list.
If your processes are standard, an off-the-shelf ERP or our ready-to-deploy module is enough and costs less. If your business has rules no software covers, a custom build saves you years of workarounds. We'll tell you which one serves you best, even if it isn't ours.
For the module: a first version in the very first week, one month of setup and testing, then one month of running-in with your feedback. For a fully custom ERP, allow seven to nine months.
Yes. Migration from a single, usable source is a flat fee announced upfront. Migration from multiple systems is quoted at scoping.
Yes: accounting, emailing, e-commerce, logistics, or any API. Each integration is quoted separately and announced before we start.
On a fully custom project, the code and your business rules belong to you. On a module, you own your instance and your data, and the shared core stays with Kuiper Studio. Either way, your data stays yours.
